Our office is conveniently located on 3140 S Rainbow Blvd. Our friendly and efficient Front Office Staff will assist you to arrange an appointment that is most convenient.

Office Hours

Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Emergencies

My office provides on-call service for emergencies. You must call so that the appropriate provider on-call can be contacted. After office hours, an answering service may take your message and immediately contact a provider with your information.

NOTE: It is not possible to schedule emergency appointments online.

Payment

Our office accepts the following methods of payment for co-payments, deductibles and services that are not covered by health insurance:

• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

For your convenience, we also accept cash as an admissible form of payment.

We also offer the option for clients to do “self-pay”. If this is a preference, please let our administrative staff regarding this option.

Dr. Arceo Psychiatric Services provides our patients with office forms for your convenience. We recommend you fill out these forms prior to your appointment to save time.
